If you are not as familiar with the area, Marist Brothers is a 3-4min walk from the JR Suma Station and 1min walk from Hankyu/Sanyo line Suma Station. Suma is also known for its beach, particularly in the summer, the Aquarium, and the imperial Rikyu Park. By train it takes between 12-15min to Sannomiya and 40min to Osaka.
The apartment will likely be renovated with carpeting or flooring, new wallpaper, lighting fixtures, and built-in furniture as per the taste of the tenant (preferably modern). Therefore the availability is not immediate, at the earliest mid-summer of 2012.
